About

At the 2026 Cannes Lions Festival, Manychat will serve as one of the key technology partners, promoting solutions in conversational marketing and automation via AI chatbots. Festival dates: June 22–26, 2026. Location: Cannes, France (Manychat’s main activities will take place in partner zones on the Croisette). Focus for 2026: Integrating generative AI into Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger automation to boost sales.

Challenge

Development of a visual identity that supports the “Delivered by Manychat” concept — In the activation zone, anyone can choose a postcard, fill it out by hand, and send it via Manychat to any address.

Solution

Based on the technical specifications (a pre-established and approved concept), I created a minimalist and slightly playful style for the case study using a blue-and-red color palette (which had been agreed upon in advance). Images of the French Riviera, brush illustrations, and Manychat symbols were used extensively. This was one of two concepts—the concept chosen for implementation was the one in cream colors with illustrations in the style of Henri Matisse.
